Today I thought I would share one of my most loved recipes: blueberry ginger yogurt smoothie.
It is my go-to breakfast and the perfect snack for work or even after school.
Sometimes I will add a green powder, like spirulina.

Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie with Ginger
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1-2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 banana
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- Put all ingredients in blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy.
