I have the best cookie recipe for those nut lovers out there. I am the only one in my family that can really tolerate nuts, and I have used that to my advantage with this cookie.
If you are allergic to nuts then you can use sun butter or pumpkin seed butter.
I use regular cow’s milk but you can choose any milk you want.
I use a flaxseed egg, here is how you make one:
Grind up some flax seeds.
Combine 1 teaspoon of the flaxseed meal with 1 tablespoon of water.
Let sit for 2 minutes.
My birthday is coming up! Today I am turning 11, I have the perfect day planned:
First I wake up get ready and eat. Then I open my presents ( I know one of them is all of the Twilight movies!).
After that we go bowling and get some lunch from a restaurant, Pocos and Moms, then we come home eat dessert, and chill for the rest of the day.
Vegan Almond Cookie
- 1 flaxseed egg
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp milk
- chocolate chips
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
